Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm(twelve milimeteres to twenty milimetrs) in patches of area 2.5 sqm (two point five square metre) and under ,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar ,including dispoasl of rubbish,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm.(one milimetres)of approval brand and manufacture,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm(at the rate of zero point nine zero liters per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm(at the rate of zero point eight zero litres per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exterior using Primer as per manufacture specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shde two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero liters per ten square metre)over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.70 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point seven zero liters per ten square metre)of approved brand and manufacture including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Wall painting with plastic emultion paint of approvedbrand and manufactured to give an evev shade :one or more coat on old work including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge

Finishing wall with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :old work (two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm )(at the rate of one point six seven litre per ten square metre) on existing cement paint surface including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in -charge
