S & F as in repair vitreous china table top wash hand basin white, of size 565mmx420mmx140mm fixed on and including cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste coupling and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing of waste fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing surface wiring and refixing the same after cutting chases for concealed wiring in brickwork including removal of switches, sockets & refixing on the new hylem sheet including cost of hylem sheet and making good the distrubed portion to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing kitchen cabinets including drawers and refixing in the same position after easing, repairing the existing channels , wooden fillets, fittings(replacement of handles , telescope channel, fillets will be measured & paid seperatly) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity exc 250 litre and not exceeding 1000 litre & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- unit rate shall be included to make small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc .

M&L cutting of trees including removal roots, cleaning of bushes , removel of trees , vegetation from wall/roof not exc 30 cm girth and making good the distrubed surfaces with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 110 mm dia (internal) pipes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for cleaning of sewage line up to first man holes blockage of WC, EWC,bathroom,floor trap of WHB/kitchen pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sludge from Ist main hole by mechanical or any other mean and removal of sludge exc 50m but not exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F linoleum sheet 2.5 to 3.0mm thick, plain/coloured/design pattern, laid dry in floors including stretching, cutting to the required size and set/sealing with an approved adhesive including taking out and removing existing unserviceable sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stainless steel telescopic channel of best quality available in market (Hetlic) wooden paint healy complete fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
