10.11 Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators side/ top/ centre hung with beading and all members such as F7D, F4b. K113 and K12B etc complete. 10.11.1 Fixing with 15x3mm luas 10cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm of C.C. 1:3:6 etc.

10.16 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square, or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes.

12.1 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or I hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers etc. 12.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/ m2

10.29 Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3mm and nuts &.bolts complete. 10.29.1 Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

13.2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.2.1 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

11.6 Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 11.6.1 18 mm thick

9.5 Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete. 9.5.1 Second class teak wood 9.5.1.1 35 mm thick shutters.

10.30 Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with: 10.30.1 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

13.48 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specifications. 13.48.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi surface paint of required shade, Two or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.75ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
