Provincial Division, PWD, Dehradun Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant type IV HIP retro-reflective sheeting fixed over Aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4 mm, with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans including nuts, bolts, washers & rivets etc for fixing & as per IRC :67.

Supply and Fixing of Retro Reflective Sign Board made up of 4mm thcik Aluminum Composite Panel fully covered with prismatic diamond grade sheeting (TYpeXI) Matter, Symbol, Letter, Logo etc. shall be cut by CNC machine of same type of sheeting or ECF or Latex Printed as per Engineer in Charge. Board shall be supported by 40mm dia. SS pipe (Grade 304) frame riveted on SS flat 20X5mm welded inner side of the frame with two posts of 65mm dia. SS pipe with holdfast. back side of Aluminum composite panel shall be suly painted with two coat of enamel paint and the posts of sign board shall be embedded in 450x450x300 mm foundation complete in all respect. Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet vide clause 801.3, depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67.
