Painting SINGLE COAT for EXTERNAL OLD walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting SINGLE COAT OF INTERIOR Gr.for old work as priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer (water thinnable) for plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution.

After completion of work scaffolding should be removed carefully as directed during the execution etc., complete.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging JCB (Capacity / output of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The JCB should excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The JCB should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the JCB should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The JCB should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Supply of fine sand river sand including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete as dorected during execution.
