HIRING OF LAUNDRY WASHING SERVICES FOR TWO YEARS AT LALA LAJPAT RAI HOSPITAL/RAIL COACH FACTORY/KAPURTHALA.

Work experience: The tenderer should have any work experience of laundry services in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender, one Laundry work single service contract for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the tender, shall submit. *Completed service contract includes on-going service contract subject to payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the tender. Minimum number of years in operation: The tenderer/Firm should have at least One year of Laundry work experience preferably Government hospital/ Corporate hospitals /hospitality in that order; Firms having less than one year of experience are not eligible. The company/Firm establishment certificate and company's/Firm work order copy/ agreement copy/completion certificate etc. shall be considered as proof of operation. Years shall be counted from the date of agreement of the work. Please upload relevant documents.

Contractor(s) participating in Tender should not be blacklisted/deregistered and should not have been blackllsted/deregistered by any other Govt. Institution /Organisation during the last three years

Contractor shall submit the details of past one year experience of laundry washing services preferably Govt. Hospital/Corporate Hospitals/ Hospitality in that order.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

In case of failure on the part of the firm to execute the contract , save force majeure conditions .Security Deposit submitted by the firm shall be forfeited

Validity of contract will be 02 years (Two years) from the date of signing of the contract by both the sides. Under Exceptional circumstances to maintain continuity of services , period of services can be extended for a period maximum upto 03 months at a time with approval of PCMO/RCF and concurrance of Associate Finance And not more than 06 months maximum.

ARBITRATION : In the event of any question dispute or difference arising under these terms and conditions of contract, o r in connection with this contract the aggrieved party to the contract s h a l l necessarily exhaust the option of arbitration before approaching the courts. The same shall be referred to the sole a r b i t r a t i o n , to be appointed by the General Manager/RCF/Kapurthala as per extant rules.
