Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sq m and exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well rammed (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06cum of sand per Ten Square Metre) , again well rammed with 8-12 Tonne power roller (including supply of premix binder and sand) for depth of pot holes not exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 75mm thick (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: The level sheet shall be prepared by the contractor before and after laying WBM duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 10 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed, bituminous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, by weight of total mix, consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/ tandem vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deem to include for preparation of level sheets by contractor before laying SDAC over BM as directed at site.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm (consolidated thickness) using 5.5% of binder content ( of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory power roller 8-12 tonne capacity and rolled to uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE, before laying the SDAC. (iii) A recovery @ Rs 38.19 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified. Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces, removing dust, dirt, grease & other foreign matters etc. to receive the marking and applying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint (white/yellow) inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.00mm and 10cm wide and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 ,with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The road marking machine shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of cat eye, dual (62 beads minimum), aluminium casted body, of size 100mm x 100mm x18.5mm, having ABS plastic strip containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (minimum 31 beads on each side) and fixed complete with steel zinc plated nails/stud of dia 12mm and of length 120mm complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Designed to bear 25 Tonnes load and having impact strength of 253 KN.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafits, wells, cesspits, manholes, peir holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in kerb stones with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.
