Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing Plain Cement Concrete by mechanical/ manual means without damaging adjacent structures, including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 with 1:6 cement motar in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works upto 3 meter height, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. but excluding cost of Form work, shuttering, centering complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, foundations, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. at all level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering and including finishing complete, as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement required will be paid saparately.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plastering 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Hacking or roughning of CC flooring,kota stone flooring,rcc flooring etc including cleaning for surface etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying anti-skid vitrified floor tiles of Kajaria/Johnson/Somany/Nitco/RAK or equivalent make in 600x600mm size or as required (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality of of H&R Jhonson /somany/Kajaria/Nitco/RAK India or other equivalent approved make conforming to IS : 15622 of approved colour, shade, pattern in all colours and shades in specified colours as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting/risers/Dado etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. including wastage, preparation of old surface by chiselling /roughening with grinding wheel to remove top skin of existing wall surface, sufficiently roughened/closely hacked for proper bonding between with old wall and new tiles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MAC or equivalent make, 100mm wide Vertical Venetian Blinds, to cover windows with blinds of premium quality polyester washable fabric of approved colour. The system shall be of heavy duty aluminum section runner, best quality acrylic gear type fitting system and other components like runner carriers, 100mm spacers hanger, PVC double ball tilting chain, PVC bottom chain, plate type MS zinc polished 100mm long bottom weight, PVC cord weight, standar fitting and accessories including cost of all fittings and fixtures etc complete apporved by EIC.

Providing and fixing of White Vitreous China Surgeon type wash basin of size 660x460 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers ISI Marked with C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, 32mm semi-rigid PVC waste pipe not less than 700 mm including painting of fittings and rackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required also including with providing and installation of ABS Liquid Soap Dispenser-300ML with level indicator all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with interior paint of premium apcolite emulsion (ready mixed) of required shade and colour two or more coats on new work with roller and or other suitable tools on old surfaces including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour, including prepartion of surface, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, makig the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of distemper splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling with new grid using 6mm thick Cement bonded designer particle board /Fiber Cement board like 'Bison' Designer Board / 'V' Board from Visaka or similar products from Everest/RAMCO or any reputed make with texture on one face of approved pattern conforming to IS 14862-2000 of size 595x595 mm finished with one coat of cement primer on both sides and edges and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of Asian or any reputed make on exposed face & edges, including providing and fixing interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm c/c, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, ...........contd

..... contd.......resting on walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long dry wall screws including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, drilling holes in the ceiling tiles for tuning hall accoustics as required as per the approved pattern and to the extent required, scaffolding etc all complete at all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, materials, equipment, machinery for Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for partitions, doors, windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate z-sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733& 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required using cleat angle etc. including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots, aluminium fittings like door handles, aldrops, tower bolts, making provision for locking arrangements wherever required, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling the including cost of CP brass/ stainless steel screws etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer. (Glazing and panelling to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing glazing with tinted glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing all tools, tackles, machinery,equipment, manpower , materials and fixing 12 mm thick pre laminated (on both sides - with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on the other side ) cement bonded particle board (Bisonlam or equivalent) in panelling fixed in aluminium door/ windows shutters and partition frames with C. P brass /stainless steel screws etc complete, as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang sand cut mirror polished machine cut granite for platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and tex tures laid over a 20 mm thick base cement martar 1:4 or with epoxy resin based adhensive including cleaning and joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, exoxy touch ups rubbing curing, edge moulding and polishing to edge to give high glass finish etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 20 to 25mm thick Kota stone slab (semi-polished) for vertical and horizontal support jointed with 12mm(average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade below plateform of reqired size and shape Kota stone slabs in Uniform colour, machine cut to perfect size and jointed with suitable jointing agent to proper line, level, etc. including rubbing, curing and mirror polishing, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved brand and manufacture, including cutting of required size and shape fixing, arrangement and making necessary holes etc. at required place and position, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 30mm thick Red sand stone cladding - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing for wall lining (cladding) etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. All complete as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
