Dismantling of post or strut embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or RCC), any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing any size and any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in hard and dense soil (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm etc., complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m and depositing, where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, filling of post holes etc., Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing RCC type B-1, (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc., for fencing, average sectional area n.exc 100 Sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel angle or flat iron conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 as in support/hanging including embedded in walls after making the holes of required size and filling with CM (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 as in fencing posts and struts includin cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and embedding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia mild steel GI wire mesh 100 x 100 mm (chain link fencing), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The unit weight of chainlink shall not be less than 4 Kg per Sqm). Make: TATA/SAIL/JINDAL or other equivalent as approved.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410W.

S & F in repair for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc., complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 50 Kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but except bricks.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including etither hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, and hanging also fastening and fixing complete.

S & F 1.00 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in covering to door shutters, covering to door chowkhats (frames) cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc., as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, fillings for holdfast , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in levelling courses, coping, window cill etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases of columns, pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as beams, coping, etc., and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar works etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall/chajja/lintel of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons, etc, complete all as directed.

S & F granite (of any type) work 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 12 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut as in skirting/dado laid over and incuding 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 16 to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size n. exc 0.25 Sq m over and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) fixed with and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing and including silicon treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x250X 7/450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work to received tiles in vertical, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of old decorated surfaces, wasing rubbing down, stopping and applying one coat of cement base paint, etc., white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or unplastered of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
