Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M&L brick work sub class B, laid flat in floors old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3.including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 02 but except bricks

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks laid on edge in floors old side bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick 1:3:6 type C2 usng 40mm graded stone agg as in plinth protection and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels & drain including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering fair faces of brick work 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and surface to be finished smooth and even with out using extra cement including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of mangalore pattern of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 60 sq.cm but n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, angle, channel sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc of grade Fe-410W (GdeE-250) quality B complete all as specifie and directed

S&F mild steel works in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing (Fe 290 (Gde E-165)) including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation. complete all as specified and directed

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L in appling two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparatinon of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

All as per item No 22.00 above but n exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L preparing new surface on walls and applying 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of primer on externally walls. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M & L for screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) 20 x 20 Cm and 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and deposting where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point of removing drainage system of soil and sludge through out side form 1.50m distance complete all as specified and directed.
