Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC, M-7.5 (nominal mix), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-10, nominal mix, type C-2 (with using 40 mm graded stone arrgegate ) as in surface channel & drain complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in coping, bed plates, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm for granite or trap stone,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete, M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc) chaullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs mangers shelves and smilar artciles with plain places set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC, M-7.5 ( nominal mix), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in path work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed glossy finish (heavy duty) of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep & getting our in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep & getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over area exceeding 1.5m deep & and not exceeding 3m deep & getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming embakments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering/ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc; not exceeding 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC, M-25 ( Design Mix )( using 20 mm graded stone arrgegates) ( with water proofing compound. WPC measured & paid separately) as in walls, basement wall of any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters & buttresses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any) of foundation & plinth beams, vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets & staircase railing and similar work including attached pilasters & buttresses,vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces,complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers & binders complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (including water proofing compound. WPC shall be measured & paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound/admixture, ISI marked complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep & getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-5, nominal mix, type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone arrgegates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hand packing of broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls, over areches etc; and raising ( or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipe of size 110mm dia, pressure rating 4Kg/Sqcm fixed in retaining wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
