Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). Note- No extra payment will be made for painting on sand faced and rough cast plaster of exterior faces. Contractor will be paid on the basis of plain elevation area.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm , mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing Fibre reinforced, thixotropic mortar MAPEI MAPEGROUT T 40 or equivalent for reparing concrete. Repairs to the deteriorated / damaged areas using, duel shrinkage-compensated, cementitious polymer modified patch repair mortar / Micro concrete. It is a single component mortar modified with fibres. With all labour, consumables, tools & tackels with all lead & lift etc complete as per the drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of three or more coat(as per manufacturers specification) on roof with damp proof paint of berger weather coat roofguard or equivalent with roller / brush / spray machine to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by plaster etc all complete with satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge: Note- No extra payment will be made for painting on rough surface. Contractor will be paid on the basis of plan area.

Painting of one or more coat on old/similar to new work with Acrylic exterior primer with roller / brush / spray machine to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by Wall care Putty etc with satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge: Note- No extra payment will be made for painting on sand faced and rough cast plaster of exterior faces. Contractor will be paid on the basis of plan elevation area.

Providing and applying berger paints wall shield 2k acrylic polymer or equivalent of average thickness 1 mm, over the plastered wall surface to prevent dampness and to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lettering of specified matter over existing walls with acrylic exterior paint of required shade and colour of approved manufacturer using stencil with all lead & lift etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
