Labour charges with Bonus(8.33%) for operation & upkeepment of 2(two) no 46.5KW capacity submersible Pump Motor set at intake, 3(three) nos 75KW capacity Centrifugal multi stage type Pump Motor set at CWPH, 2(two) nos 7.5KW vacuum pump motor for air remove in suction line of centrifugal pump, 1(one) no Sump Pump set, 2(two) nos chlorination pump motor set, 2(two) nos. exhaust fans for chlorinator room, Gaseous Chlorination system, 1(one)No 500KVA substation with 11KV/415V 500 KVA transformer, 12KV VCB panel, HT panel, LT. Panel, EOT crane and other mechanical and electrical installation within raw water and clear pump house areas, sweeping and cleaning within raw water and clear pump house areas with switching On/Off of outdoor & indoor lighting including walkway etc for 16hours running of 75KW pumps and 22 hours running of remaining units as required and as per direction of EIC and maintaining day to day operation of computer system for keeping record in addition to keeping record in manual Log book for Pump running hours, Water flow rates, Electricity consumption and other related WTP operational data, of Water Treatment Plant as per direction of EIC.(8nos staff)

Periodical inspection, twice in a Month by Electrical Supervisor having valid supervisors certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with Date & Time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-Station Building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, lightings, waistings arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT panel boards, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery & battery chargers along with in house lighting system. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work including other necessary materials to be supplied as and when required by the agency.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. Test of all relays, Transformer Oil (Dielectric test) by agency and approved by Directorate of Electricity or any other Power Generating unit and submission of test report to Department and to be recorded in the Log Book with date as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in both the HT&LT panel Board cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in present of Electrical Supervisor/Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date as per direction of EIC.

Day to day maintenance and up keeping including replacement of HRC fuses, terminal blocks, lugs, ferrules, add on contacts, auxiliary contactors, indication lamps, gland packing, rubber bush but excluding major items like MCCB, MPCB, MCB, SFU, Power contactor, Overload Relay, SMPS etc of 2(two) no 46.5KW capacity submersible Pump Motor set at intake, 3(three) nos 75KW capacity Centrifugal multi stage type Pump Motor set at CWPH, 2(two) nos 7.5KW vacuum pump motor for air remove in suction line of centrifugal pump, 1(one) no Sump Pump set, 2(two) nos chlorination pump motor set, 2(two) nos. exhaust fans for chlorinator room, Chlorination system, 1(one)No 500KVA substation with 11KV/415V 500 KVA transformer, 12KV VCB panel, HT panel, LT. Panel, EOT crane and other mechanical and electrical installation within raw water and clear water pump house areas, sweeping and cleaning within raw water and clear pump house areas with switching On/Off of outdoor & indoor lighting including walkway etc and all other related electrical or mechanical installation and ancillaries (including chemical house panel, filter house panel and starter for air blower) within the whole Water Treatment Plant area by engaging an ITI personal in Electrical Trade daily basis and having work experience in the field of electromechanical work for upkeeping and supervision of the whole electromechanical components for keeping healthy condition of the WTP, and liasoning with PHED officials as well as local authorities for maintaining smooth water supply as per direction of EIC.

Transportation & filling of empty chlorine cylinder from Manbazar-II Water Treatment Plant to DCL workshop at Durgapur/any other Govt approved Chlorine generation unit, by hired vehicle, unloading the same including refilling of chlorine gas, loading the filled in chlorine gas cylinder after refilling the empty cylinder back to the Manbazar-II Water Treatment Plant by a hired vehicle and unloading by providing all necessary precautionary measures as per direction of EIC. Toner Capacity-100Kg.(all testing certificates and original delivery challan of the service providing unit with mentioning cylinder number should be provided after refilling of cylinder, rate is inclusive of chlorine gas and all charges )

Daily maintenance and beautification of existing Garden and the vacant place by engaging one number suitable personnel inside the compound including supplying of necessary seasonal flower plants, decorative plants and other fruit plants (if suggested by the Deptt.) Supplying necessary fertilizer, bio-chemical, manure, pesticide, Insecticides etc. as and when necessary including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting, seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning plantation of sapling in side the WTP complex as per direction of EIC.
