Repair of Gopniye, Boundary Wall and DDC Residence Building Outer Part, Construction of Kitchen Shed for Guards in the Campus of DDC Residence, Dhanbad District Dhanbad

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.111.1 Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing desination 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) conforming to IS 12894 - 1990 (9'' x 4.5'' x 3'') in C.M. (1 : 6) in superstruture and plinth with apporoved qulity of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening material, raking out joints to 15 mm depth, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I, sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing two coats of plastc emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
