S&F Powder coated aluminium anodided window & ventilator shutters side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighting not less than 0.55 Kg/ m includng necessary jointing cleats, glazing cloiups, rubber packing, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 nos), hinges type B21, 100 mm long (2 nos) suitable handle (1 no) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4.0 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in panes not exc 0.50 sqm each fixed with & including rubber gasket in aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm Nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.4 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window three track with two glass shutters and one wire gauge shutter, aluminium powder coated section aluminium cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle locking arangement, rubber beading etc complte fittings as approved. Note Size of aluminium section shall be under :- (i) Three track top and vertical - Jindal main-2010 section No 20831 or equivalent (ii) Three track bottom- Jindal main-2010 section No 20620 or equivalent (iii) Shutter vertical section- Jindal main- 2010 Section 20738 or equivalent (iv) Shutter top and bottom - Jindal Main-2010 Section 20736 or equivalent (v) Shutter vertical middle (interlock) -Jindal Main-2010 section 20845 or equivalent complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for M.S framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. With ends of bars shouldered and riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165. Note (i) :- Work will be carried out upto 6 story in necessary scafolding and safety measures and labour insourance etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink/red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster / grit finish or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall with using liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified an directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only item under respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in Internal wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall plastered or un-plastered surface walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3 mm thick of watereproofing wall care putty finishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster on fair face of concrete surface including repair of doubing roof/chajja/facia surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even land smooth without using extra cement over complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately )

S&F in repair 18 to 20 mm thick solid PVC Board for cupboard/cabinet shutters with one side 1 mm thick printed PVC sheet other side plain PVC sheet of approved pattern as per specification and drawing and incl necessary beading in matching colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125 mm long hasp & staple safty type aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as directed.

S&F brass handles, cast type, polished bright 100 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised with width of flap (when open) 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered plastered by complete removal of existing treatment by electric grinder brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty & as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coat of weather proof exterior paint silicon based on old prepared decorated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mgnetic ball catcher complete all as specified and directed.

S&F brass lock 2 lever of 50 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or scrapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by making free from dampness, oil or any loosely hold particles, filling cracks if any with crack seal and applying a coat of dampstop advanced if Berger or equivalent of SIKA/ASIAN paint/ Pidilite on saturated dry surface of wall as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.
