Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and servicing of HT (HT 11 KV) Two pole structure by replacing Aluminium PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation sleeve RYB of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc and pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including preparation of surfaces, applying zinc chromate primer on rusted surfaces and applying one coat of aluminum paint to the entire structure complete all as directed. Disconnect and taking out IDMT/ Numeric/ Microprocessor based relay of any type & make from 11 KV HT panel at various sub stations of Dolphin Hill cleaning the contacts, calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune / synchronise upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Arrangement of necessary testing / calibration kits, testing equipments, tools etc. shall be done by contractor and cost of the same shalll deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Testing & tuning shall be carried out in the presence of representative of the accepting officer to the entire satisfaction of the rep of GE.

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) at Sub Station A Sect, C & D Sect, K Sect, Y Junction and othre sub station at Dolphin Hill of capacity 11 KV 250/350 MVA comprising of repairs, complete overhauling / servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance alongwith testing of breakers by current injection test and refixing the same after repair / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The servicing includes for busbar duct chamber, cable alleys and connecting accessories (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout, circuit spout connections, buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly, barriers, solenoid spares, dependent, spring mechanism / motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares requiring replacement. (iv) The servicing shall be carried out by auhtorised service engineer of OEM and approval of the same shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only the following spares suitable for 250 MVA to 350 MVA HT switch gear VCBs and 11 KV HT panel repair work under relevant Schedule
