Supply of Inset type Omni-directional, Medium Intensity, Taxiway Edge Lighting with Blue Glass refraction complete with , body casting, bottom box and all accessories, including 6.6A, 45W halogen lamp connected with heat resistance accessories prim assembly, optical assembly, gaskets, cable gland assembly complete all other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part-IV.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one No. / two of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Providing and laying of 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe including groove cutting, threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, inset fittings, providing check nuts and couplings including refilling/replastering the groove cut with polysulphide sealant concrete etc as required on the taxiway and disposal of excavated materials within a lead of 50 meter.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type fittings of taxiway edge light with core cutting, raising the level with cold bitumen, aligning with existing 15mm dia GI pipe, connections, inter connection and setting i/c providing sealing material, cold bitumen around the fitting for prevention of water entry and other accessories etc.,as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type fittings of taxiway edge light on existing CI collar / CI housing box i/c necessary arrangement suitable to install in the existing CI box size of outside size 330mm & height 450mm made in 10mm thick cast iron metal, all necessary accessories for installation etc.as required.
