Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC on stone masonry/concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : WPC as supply only shall be measured and paid seprately.
Raking out joints/pointing squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for keyed pointing to stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rounding, chamfering, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for kota stone slab 15-18mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate in plinth protection concrete shall be laid in alternate bays n.ex 3m in length finished fair and even including provision of joints of 10 mm wide and 12mm deep along the wall in bays and filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for cement concrete type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) with minimum using 400 kg/Cum cement laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' thick of slab 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Material and labour for PCC tiles 25x25x22mm thick using grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, cut and polished laid over and including 10mm thick cement mortar screed (1:6) joint of tiles shall be 4mm wide and grouted with CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
All as per item No 23 hereinbefore but except tiles. (Tile obtained from demolition in Ser Item No. 8.00 here-in-before shall be re-used after cleaning.)
Material and labour for painting roof surfaces with one coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised grade conforming to IS-3384@ 0.30Kg/Sqm and one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm laying of 2mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm with 100mm side & 100mm end lap having centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, outer film is 20 micron each and applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- The work will be executed in patches area n.exc 50 Sqm in each patch in one bldg/different bldgs and height may be more than 6 mtrs.
Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets
S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for ceiling 605 x 605 mm using aluminium anodised main tee of size 36.5 x 24 x 1.4mm, Cross Tee of size 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40mm and angle of size 40 x 25 x 2mm including cutting, drilling, jointing etc. Complete including provision of 3.15mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors complete all as specified and directed.
