Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (Externally) on Fair Faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces in Two Layers, including mixing with liquid WPC(@200 ml per bag) and finished the plastered Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Liquid Water Proofing Compound (WPC) shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Items.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound (WPC), as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( Using 20mm graded agg) as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) A1 1:1½:3 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall,beam and column in floor,roof,landing,balconies,canopies,deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to Soffits of suspended Slabs such as Roof Slabs, Floor Slabs, Landings and similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), rough finished surfaces of Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old external plaster surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint ,complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L preparing new of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer plastered surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparing old treated/decorated Steel and Iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm Width or Girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (1st Grade Quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls, preparing the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of weather proof paint (Exterior grade) over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.
