Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire with 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., including dismantling old fencing wire complete all as specified and directed. [Each line wire to be measured.]

S & F M S galvanised chain link fencing of size 150mmX100mmX4mm inculding complete fixing of new line wires of 10 mm dia round bars including all fixing arrangements ,fixed with any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires including dismantling of old fencing wire mesh and old line wires complete all as specified and directed. Note:- supply only of new Line wires shall be measured and paid seperately

Mild steel Framed work with square / rectangular hollow section , angle iron, MS flat etc such as ornamental grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old Mild Steel complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Design of Grill,Gate and others similar works shall be as approved by GE )

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm including dismantling of old Mild steel work complete all as specified.

Supply Only of Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over for chainlink fencing/gates and similar wks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work in half brick thick walls with sub-class `B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and applying two coats of cement based paint by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

M & L precast RCC louvers and jallies 25 mm thick(measured soild) including all mouldings but excluding frame , type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old jallies complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth beams, lintel,bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs over drain and the like and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, columns and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia , as in stirrups, spacers and binders reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 600mm dia stainless steel punched type concertina coil as per IS-4454 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS-513 deep drawn quality with galvanised coating, having medium bardbs (barb length 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post stretched to a length of 8 to 10m so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height on compound wall including dismantling old concertina coil wire including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed. [Note: After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall on which it has been strectched shall be measured as straight length for payment]

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (with using 40mm graded shingle aggregate) as in bed of drain including forming channels including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (with using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching of drain including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection / paving laid to slope in panels including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerb , coping, benching ,coving rounded or chamfered edges, hold fast block etc including demolition of old concrete complete as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete akll as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast, prepolished, machine pressed, chemically treated for antifungal properties ,coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300mmx25mm thick set with mixture of white and with grey cement with no pigment and pointed with white cement and pigments as in floors set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles or stone flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement conctete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade set in CM 1:4 with grey cement and pigment over and including 30mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.
