Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and as directed including cost of all Labours, tools & plants,transportation ,lead,lift and all other charges etc.complete as per Instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. complete.for all heights.

Repairs to cracks in walls of staff qtrs, IQ and Compopund wall & wherever necessary with C.M.(1:3) (1 Cement :3 sand) after widening the crack in v shape,cleaning and reparing the surface as directed including supply of all materials,labour, tools,plants,curing etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing of RCC works manually /mechanically means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of 500 metres lead as per directions of Engineer-in-charge for all height including the cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,tools,plants,transportation (including lead and lift ) from site etc. complete

Construction of Bella stone masonry (for foundation/plinth/wall etc)walls/partetions in cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement:5 river (bhugao)sand) for staff Qtr etc for all heights with approved size, shape, thickness of (A1)1st quality of bella stone, & as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of supply of all labours,materials tools& plants ,curing,scafolding,lead & lift,transportation and all other charges etc.complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge in CM 1:3 (1 Cement 3 Fine sand) as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for all heights including supply of all materials( binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants, transportation, (lead& lift)scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete for all heights as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse river sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal down size) RCC works including mixing laying, compaciting, vibrating, levelling, curing, etc.all as per standard speciffication and as required including cost of all materials,tools & plants, labours , transportation(lead & lifts),scaffolding and all other charges etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and shuttering.All work up to plinth level & above plinth level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work (TATA,/JINDAL/ SAIL) including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.

Providing and laying Trimix Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand incuding manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete Aggregate (rcA) upto 20% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size of recycled concrete Aggregate (rcA) upto 20%).for C.C Road, Pavements, including providing of Expansion Joint at every 3 meter span cutting & filling with bituminous material, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping with floater machine double finish & anti skid, flat Vibration and level, supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours, lead & lift, trasportation & Curing and all other charges etc complete.
