Engaging of Unskilled Mazdoor to Cleaning the School class rooms, toilets, Cleaning the Guest House inside compound wall area, Civil and Electrical maintenance office and Type-I to Type-VII quarter out side compound wall area by engaging 39 numbers of unskilled mazdoor for all working days including segregating into Bio-Degradable and Bio-Non Degradable materials but Excluding cost of all tools and plants etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per condition if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Collection of all type of garbage's, Loading and conveying into tractors as per requirement from port colony area, maintenance office area , CISF complex, hospital complex, shopping center, Guest House and other area and conveying the same to approved dumping site. On environmental point of view, Every tractor load should be covered and tied with tarpaulin to avoid spillage on road. The cost inclusive all labour charges, hire charge for tractor, fuel charge etc. Complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Engaging of one Tricycle with manual operation for collection of Bio- Non Degradable materials from Port colony area CISF complex, hospital complex, shopping center, auditorium, cummunity centre, Guest house and other area and conveying the same to stacking Identified dustbin. The cost inclusive hire charges for Tricycle, Gunny bags and cost of labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying cleaning materials for every month first week without fail including cost of material, transportation and handling charges minor tools, etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The following material shall be supplied by the contractor for every month such as (a) Sanifreshner or Harpic 500 ml -26 nos, (b)Air freshner 500 ml-5 nos, (c) Floor cleaner 500 ml-15 nos, (d)Napthelin - 1 kg, (e) Phenyl 1000 ml - 6 Nos .
