Material and labour for clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections size of upto 1.5x2mtr including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all complete as per dirtected by EIC

Material and labour for MS sheet Min 3mm thick for making doors of panel boards/feeder pillar boxes including taking out the old damaged doors complete all as specified.

M&L Replacement of LT panel corroded / damaged doors of panel boards/feeder pillar boxes front side by cutting, bending, welding MS sheet to suit with the existing MCCB's including providing hinges ,door locking system complete all as specified.

Material and labour for bus bar made out of aluminium strip as per existing suitable size(R-Y-B) colour insulated sleeve for phases and black colour for netural with suitable size of clamps made out of flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers including cutting, bending, welding etc and suitable as per existing complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of GI earth wire of 4 mm dia for guard on Overhead line by providing reels and clamps and any other items required for fixing as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement DIN rail of width upto 35mm for mounting of Add on block/MCBs and other electrical items into LT panel/feeder pillar/juncation box complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement DIN rail terminal block for 4 wire termination of LT cables complete as per specified and directed by EIC

Taking out/Dismantling of existing unserviceable UG Cable of any size after disconnetion from LT panel/feeder pillar and poles and Supply,Laying and testing in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable XLPE Insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and over PVC sheathed of following sizes.
