CONDUIT AND CABLE

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 20/25mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 4 sq. mm (for each industrial socket from Electrical rooms)

SWITCH GEAR & DB

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63A

Supplying and fixing 20A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20A, “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole 20A

Supply and installation 6way VTPN DB (DPX³ 160+18), Legrand Ekinox³ DB's 5077 46 or equivalent L&T/Havells/reputed make, with 160A 4P 25kA MCCB, 63A 3P MCB and Cable End Box, For all VTPN MCCB DBS, Legrand Ekinox³ 5079 37 or equivalent L&T/Havells/reputed make

Supply and installation of ETPN DB 6 way (8+18) IP 43 - #IK 09 with metal door, Conforming to IEC 61439-3, Suitable for Flush Mounting and Surface Mounting, with 100 A Copper Bus bar for each phase, with Neutral bar, Earth bar and Cable ties for Cable management, Fully insulated bus bar & shrouded Neutral bars, Improved Pan assembly for ease of installation, Pre-fitted masking sheet, Reversible Door, with provision for FP MCB/Isolator/RCCB/RCBO as incomer and SP MCB's as outgoing and Supplied with wire set, Legrand Ekinox³ 5076 71 or equivalent reputed make and model as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, miniature circuit breaker (MCB),10 kA as perIS/IEC 60898-1 2002, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Legrand DX³ MCBs 4087 02 or equivalent reputed make and model as required. 63A

Supply of Un-armoured Cable, 4Core x 25 sq.mm, All Copper Conductor - Solid / Stranded Non-Compacted Circular, HR PVC/ XLPE Insulation, conforming to standards: as per IS 1554 Part-1&2 & IS 7098 Part-1&2, reputed make as required. (from Ground floor Electrical room to first & second floor Electrical room)

Supply and fixing of perforated GI sheet with size (7 x 2 feet with 3mm thickness) for covering the existing holes at the door portion in the rooms. Including materials and labour charges

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of screws, Bolts, Nuts & Washers, drill bits, cable ties, bends, tees, wire strippers, steel spring, cable glands, PVC junction boxes etc.,

Labour charges for dismantling old DB's, switch boxes, fittings and removing old wiring, etc.
