Supply, install and commissioning of Analogue Addressable type Fire Alarm Control Panel along with Network Interface Card and Lead Acid Battery backup for 08 Hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation, the control panel, battery charger, etc. shall be LPCB Approved and complying with BS EN 54 -2 and EN 54-4, Dual Loop Panel Each Loop Consists minimum with 198 devices maximum up to 254 devices and Modules per each loop and operating voltage 230v, 50-60Hz AC max Psu rating 4A/24 DC Sounder Kit 1 or 2 Amps, Auxiliary Output 24V DC/ 250ma, Ingress Protection IP 30, The Panel consists Networking up to 16 Loops and Configuration by Keypad and PC, RS 485 Port for peripheral Connection 2 programmable Output sounder circuits fire and fault Auxiliary relays and supported Graphics Software complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Install and Commissioning of Active Repeater panel consisting of LED Indicator Display and the repeater events log can store up to 100 to 150 events all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fix and testing Analogue addressable Monitor module consists Dual Supervised Input Circuits of Normally Open dry contacts alarm activation Devices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fix and testing Analogue addressable Fault Isolate Module for Monitoring shorted loop circuit and automatically restore communications when shorted conditions are corrected complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying of 2 core 2.5 sqmm FRLS Armoured Copper Cable for Connecting Local Panels to Zonal Panels including necessary excavation for laying of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- Excavation, Laying of Cable ,Returning and filling all other connected items like HDPE pipe along the whole length of FRLS or OFC armoured cable laid and road crossing for cable Protection required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and Laying of 6F Single Mode OFC Armoured Cable, including necessary excavation for laying of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- Excavation, Laying of Cable ,Returning and filling all other connected items like HDPE pipe along the whole length of FRLS or OFC armoured cable laid and road crossing for cable Protection required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Fiber Optic Cable, joint closure OLT, Splicing, Converters and Junction Boxes (for 9 Panels) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note- (a) The Tenderer is required to Submit the drawing of Modification of Existing fire alarm System to the Engr-in-charge for approval along with Schedule of completion, OEM Inspection Plan, Guarantee Obligation and quality assurance Plan (For Commissioning trails) Prior to manufacturing and Supply Order. (b) The fire alarm will be tested by Engr-in-Charge or his Rep in presence of user and all necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (c) The fire alarm system will be certified by OEM in all respects for Satisfaction and Use shall be Submitted before issue of Completion Certificate.
