Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres leadas Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix(i/c equivalent design mix)asper specifications, approved drawing, design complete, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory window,ventilators shutters etc. ( steel or wood) including chokhats, architraves, hold fast and other attachements etc.omplete and stacking them 20 metres lead. of area 3 square metres and below as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Dismantling wooden boardings in linng of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking with in 50 me tres lead. Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm.as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tles 10mm to 25mm.as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 metres lead.as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) building bricks of class destignation 7.5 in in super structure above plinth level upto floor any level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand), as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. 12mm (Tweleve milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles any girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement:4 fine sand)including carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidental.The rate including of octroi,royality,Malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Applying Birla J.k. white wall care putty (two or more coats) over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dirt, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor levels, as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
