Tender for AMC of Computers and Printers available at KSFC HO and BOs, Karnataka

The Bidder should be in operation for a minimum of 5 years

Bidder should have provided AMC Support to at least 100 PCs & 25 Printers in LAN environment and in any Govt./PSUs/Nationalised Banks/Govt. Educational Institutions continuously for 2 years or more during the last 5 years.

Bidder should have provided above AMC Support in Bengaluru and in all the District Head Quarters of Karnataka.

The Bidder should have Web based Online Complaint Management System

The Bidder should furnish its Complaints Escalation Matrix, clearly indicating all Resolution Levels from bottom to top, Contact Persons with Contact Numbers for each level.

The Bidder should have Head Office or full-fledged Branch Office in Bengaluru

The Bidder should furnish a list of Names and Contact Numbers of Service Partners in major District HQs as proof of its capability to provide in-time Service to all the District HQs.

Bidders should be registered for GST & PAN

Bidders should have achieved Turnover of Rs.50.00 lakhs every year from the related services and overall turnover of Rs.100 lakhs every year in the last 3 Financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26). Turnover Certificate certified by Chartered Accountant

The existing service provider should submit satisfactory Performance Certificate obtained from KSFC
