OD39858/2025-2026:Applying two component (liquid polymer part and powder part) high build polymer modified cementitious reinstatement repair mortar, Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make preferable with a gloved hand or trowel using wet on wet technique to make sure that high strength polymer mix covers the reinforcing bar on all sides . Before applying Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, the reinforcing steel should be primed and SBR should be tacky. For one bag of 18kg Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, place about 2.75litres of drinking quality water in the mixer and add the supplied liquid polymer part, mix well in the mixer machine in operation, add Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make powder and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, a small additional amount of water may be added up to a maximum total water content of 3.25 litres. Measurement is made for whole exposed area Including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site, hire charges of tools and mixer machine etc complete.
