EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm (internal dimension) including plastering internally 15mm thick in cm I:4 and flush pointing to brick surfaces externally as the work proceeds complete with MS sheet cover 3.0 mm thick, hinged to angle iron frame (40mmx40mmx6mm) handle locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Unit rate of this item includes the cost of sweet earth, black cotton soil, jaivik manure, pesticides and watering etc required for lawn.

S&F tree guards made of welded steel wire fabric (150mmx100mm) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members and supported with flat iron (25mmx5mmx6mm) fillet (for securing the mesh) and three legs in angle iron (30mmx30mmx5mm) welded to the tree guard below and inserting it into ground 15 cm in depth and embedded in PCC blcok in 1:2:4, size 150mm x 150mm x 150mm all as specified and directed and preparation of new surface and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coat of paint with synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) including earthwork and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and directed.

Complete demolition of Offrs Md Accn (Capt) block of four quarters Double story (on As is where is basis) including taking out of E/M fittings & fixtures including wiring, stone masonry/ brick masonry, pipes & fittings, doors & windows, iron & steel items including reinforcement etc stacking properly as directed by Engineer in Charge (Bldg No P-144, P-145 P-146, P-147, P-149, P-150) Note : Old ceiling fan, exhaust fan, geyser & electric meter of any type shall be deposited by the contractor in AGE E/M Store Yard without any extra cost to the Govt.

PHASE-II Regular maintenance of trees specimen plants and other similar plants till the completion of 02 years maintenance period including replacement of dead plant of same height and including watering, training, pruning, hoeing, weeding stacking insect pest management, cleaning of nearby area and disposal of waste away from site, Quarterly enrichment with manure @ 0.015cum per pit with minimum 03 visits per month complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of Manure, pesticides etc is deemed includced in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Regular maintenance of lawn till the completion of two years maintenace period including replacement of dead lawn and minimum 3 visits per month, including watering and providing jaivik manure, pesticides etc complete all as specified and directed.
