M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of Oil Based Bituminous Primer conforming to IS – 3384 [Latest] @ 0.3 Litre / Sq.m, laying APP Modified [Polyester Reinforced] Membrane of 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.8 KG / Sq.m confirming to IS – 16532 [2017], by torch application with side overlap of 100mm & end overlap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 10mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for Flooring / Levelling Course / Padding over roof slabs & Haunching etc., laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Liquid Water Proofing Compound [ISI marked] of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. up to a depth of 30 to 50mm thick and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness exposed existing steel surfaces free from dust, loose material, surface contamination, rust, scale, mortar, concrete, other loose and deleterious materials, materials which reduce bond or prevent suction or wetting by repair materials, delaminating, weak, damaged and deteriorated concrete by blast cleaning or other means of mechanical abrasion or suitable means and Applying a Coat of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer to all exposed Steel Surfaces as Antirust Agent to form 40 Microns of Dry Film Thickness and thereafter applying a Coat of Bonding Agent such as Brush Bond or Nito Bond AR of M/s. Asian Paints Limited as per Manufacturer's Instructions and Rendering / Applying by spraying, Single Compound, Shrinkage controlled, Polymer Modified, Fibre Reinforced Cementitious Repair Mortar such as Renderoc SP40 of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent or equivalent product of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/s. STP Ltd. / M/s. Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. / M/s. Thermax Ltd. / M/s. Hindcon Chemical Ltd. / M/s. Asian Paints Limited by mixing 4.25 to 4.50 Litres of Water per 25 KG Bag of Renderoc SP40, of required thickness, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement and finishing surface rough conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or Stone / Boulder Masonry, built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash Blocks [Modular Bricks], straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in half brick thick walls using Fly Ash Blocks [Modular Bricks] straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 including 2 Nos of 6mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
