Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

a) All kinds of soil

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.(a) Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with available hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with available stone.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a)In mud mortar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :(a) In cement mortar

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead

for all loads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : a) 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : (a) 65 mm nominal bore

Providing and laying precast machine moulded cement concrete solid blocks in block masonry of specified thickness with blocks of grade(D5) with minimum compressive strength 5N/sqmm andblock density not less than 1800kg/cum conforming to IS 2185 nominal size 300X200X150 (or nearest size) incement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 Coarsesand :8 graded stone aggregate 12 mm nominal size ) with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including scaffolding ,raking out joints and filling joints with cement mortar ,finishing neatly etc up to floorV level all complete as per the direction of Engineer Incharge a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand).

Refixing Lightning arrestor earth by providing new GI pipe etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Repairs to MS gate ( 4.00mX2.30m ) by cutting the holding clambs and refixing the same at required level including providing and fixing new roller channel etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.
