Supply and fix porcelain insulator for supporting or passing of earthing strip from roof / wall including necessary nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix thermoplastic enclosure box of size 300x150x170mm with opaque lid fasteners for tool operation protection of IP-66 for fixing of test point terminal box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning "Hazard cool " Flame Proof Split type Air Conditioner suitable for 2 TR operating voltage on 230 V AC single phase 50 HZ with following accessories :- Condensing Unit Comprises: - (a) To be Kept in safe area along with Hermetically sealed compressor. (b) Eco-friendly Refrigerant R-32/ R-410A. (c) Multi-stranded copper conductor wire 4 core, 2.5 Sq mm with copper lugs not less than 3.0 mtrs. (d) Incoming and outgoing high quality Copper tubes and sleeves for Size 3/8" and 5/8" for suction and discharge 15 mtr each with foam insulation duly white taped of each size. (e) 100% Copper Condensing coil with Copper tubes and Aluminium Blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage. (f) Condensing Motor. Flame Proof Control Panel: - (a) Supply and fixing lamps 230 V AC - 03 Nos (Power ON, Compressor ON, Fan Blower ON). (b) MCB 20A, Contactor 40 A & Overload Relay for protection of compressor, condensing motor and Cooling Motor. (c) Incomer MCB 32A will be provided with thermostat housed in Flameproof enclosure. Certification: Certified by CIMFR & PESO. Notes: - (i) Extra Copper pipe and multistranded copper conductor wire required for Air Conditioner to be installed on parapet wall of building roof top shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Rate for Scaffolding/Ladder/Tools and plants required to install Flame proof Air Conditioner i.e. for making holes to wall, drilling, making good disturbed surfaces shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Drain pipe should be clamped up to plinth protection. No extra claim should be allowed for drain pipe from indoor unit to plinth protection of outside the building. (iv) The quoted rates are also inclusive of making holes in brick/stone wall for installation of Air Conditioner and making good to the exisitng surface with putty and paint in complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof / weather proof LED 1 x 20W 4 feet 230 V tube light fitting with lumen output not less than 4000 Lumens, body made out of cast aluminium alloy LM6 construction certified by CIMFR, BIS & PESO including suitable electronic including necessary fixing arrangements and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flame proof flexible metalic hose conduit 20mm dia 300mm long for exhaust fan/ flame proof light fitting connection from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan having sweep size of 305 mm having air discharge capacity of 1120 CFM complete with 0.25HP single phase 240V, 1440RPM capacity of motor duly approved and fixed with nut, bolt, washer and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of UG cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
