6 Project Erection & Commissioning (8 % of total work) % age

On Installation Testing and Commissioning of machineries at plant. After

A satisfactory working of machineries at full load for one month from date of 65%

starting of operation and maintenance period.

After satisfactory working of machineries at full load for three months from

date of starting of operation and maintenance period.

• The agency may place orders for machinery; however, delivery of machines at the site shall

be permitted only after physical completion of 70% of the civil works. Any machines

delivered prior to completion of 70% civil work will not be accepted by Navsari Municipal

Corporation (NMC). All expenses and liabilities arising from premature delivery shall be

solely borne by the contractor.

• Planning for the procurement of materials and equipment must be undertaken in

consultation with Navsari Municipal Corporation (NMC). A detailed bar chart indicating the

procurement schedule must be submitted for approval. Based on the approved plan, the

manufacturer/suppliers shall be informed accordingly. Testing and commissioning of all

machines, materials, and equipment must be conducted as specified in the Technical Bid

prior to their delivery at the site.

• Erection and commissioning of equipment shall be carried out in the presence of the

manufacturer’s authorized representative. The manufacturer’s drawings, specifications,

and related documents must be submitted for approval prior to supply and erection of the

out the work described in the schedule below subject to the condition annexed.

Should this tender be accepted I / we hereby agree to abide by and to fulfill all the terms and

provisions of specifications and conditions of conduct (including the payment terms and milestones

provided) annexed hereto so far as they are applicable and default thereof forfeit and pay to the

Municipal Corporation the sum of money mentioned in the said conditions.

The earnest money deposited by me / us with tender may be forfeited to the said Municipal

Corporation if I / we do not deposit the full amount of performance security deposit/security deposit

in accordance with the clauses (1) of the said conditions of contract, otherwise the said sum of Rs.

5,80,061/- shall be retained by the Municipal Corporation as any account of such security as foresaid.
