PROVISION OF BOUNDARY PILLARS ALONGWITH NUMBERING AND PAINTING OF EXISTING BOUNDARY PILLAR UNDER AGE B/R-II AT MIL STN YOL

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast columns, posts, boundary pillars, fencing posts, struts etc; with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting the blocks, slabs, etc. and transporting & distributing the posts etc. at required intervals, placing post in true position, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip, complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 4.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Forming square grooves in cement concrete n. exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face including forming V grooves in cement mortar n. exc 10mm deep and n. exc 10mm on face, complete all as directed by GE/Engineer-in Charge.

Preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) on painted surface using synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.
