Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in drains, surface channels, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including form, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ---------------- Ditto -----------. (Only rate to be quoted)

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) consisting two layers, top layer of 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compected cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1 : 2 : 4 Type B0 ( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in providing, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pavement/hard-standing compacted surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
