REPAIRS TO INTERNAL WIRING INCLUDING FITTINGS FIXTURES TO VARIOUS OTM ACCNS UNDER GE MISSAMARI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. seperating serviceable fittings/fixtures, keeping in safe custody reuse under respective item and removal of unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Concealed conduit in RCC slab/beam shall not be not be taken out

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch/ cut out/ DBs of any type/ capacity/ description including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as directed.

M&L concealed point wiring for One light point/Ceiling fan/Exhaut fan/bell point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps complete with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with proper colour coding drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC medium grade conduit not less that 20mm dia and conduit accessories (ISI marked) concealed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FR-LSH (ISI marked) as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, flush GI modular suken terminal box [0,7mm thick (minimum) clear depth of the box not less than 60mm and this shall be increased suitably to accomadiate flush type regulators/sockets] concealed in walls, with with back plate and cover plate of appropriate size & thickness for mounting switch, sockets etc with cadmium plated iron screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc duly earthed complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:-(i) Connections of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be sone through proper size of copper/brass thimbles. (ii) Where concealing of conduit is not feasible i.e. on surface of RCC roof slab, beam etc, conduit shall be fixed on surface with necessary saddles at no extra cost.
