TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY

Carrying out Topographical Survey of the area with DGPS, Total Station, Auto level etc capturing all existing major topographical features of the area like trees, nallas, water bodies, roads, railway lines, structure etc. Spot level shall be provided in 5.0 m centre and contours at 1.0 m interval or as specified by Engineer-In-Charge, including marking of the buildings and existing structure as per site and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE TEST

Conducting electrical conductivity test at 14 various locations & submission of report. The survey will be got done by reputed & specified as approved by Department agency only.

SOIL INVESTIGATION

Mobilization of tools & equipments from laboratory to site & back for conducting soil investigation works at site.

Making 100mm dia Or NX size dia bore in any soil strata up to 10m depth and collecting/conducting SPT/UDS/DS (Which ever applicable) at the depths of 1m, 2m, 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 8m & 10m. (2 Nos. boreholes upto 10m depth) - 2 Bores at different locations.

i) In soil / SDR

ii) In hard rock

Carrying out various laboratory tests of SPT/UDS /DS samples at alternate depths (Which ever applicable)

Sieve analysis, Atterberg’s limit, FMC, Bulk density, Specific gravity, Shear test for cohesion & angle of shearing resistance and DFS test.

Preparation of rock samples and conducting of the following tests :

i) Bulk density, Water absorption and Compression strength.

Submitting of sub-soil investigation report in triplicate giving site plan showing test points, sub soil profile, results of field investigations, laboratory test results, calculation of safe bearing capacity, recommendations & precaution regarding type of foundations.

Carryingout SPT/UDS/DS tests while progressing the foundation works and submit reports of SBC and ‘N’ values.

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the proposed buildings/ structure including internal services as per detailed scope of work given in Para-3(a) and 3(b) including proof checking for structural design from approved third party.

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering for special items of work all as per the detailed scope of work given in Para- 3 (c), 3(d) and 3(e). Airconditioning including clean room of class 10000 and 100000 and power wiring, Lighitning protection, Special earthing, Telephone /LAN Conduiting, Fire alarm system, shop electricals and UPS wiring.

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering for External Services (E&M) all as per the detailed scope of work given in Para- 3(f) and 3(g) like External power supply and area lighting

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering for External Services (Civil) all as per the detailed scope of work given in Para- 3(j) like Roads & Drains, Hardstanding, Sewage disposal and water supply, Area Development, Arboriculture and Landscaping, and Rain water Harvesting.
