Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggrigate) 40 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement and mortar 1:4 (1cement :4coarse sand) includinbg grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. sizwe of tile 60x60 cm

Tile work in Skirting , Riser of steps and Dado (upto 2m height) over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : graded crushed stone aggrigate 20mm niminal size)

Finishing with E Poxy paint (two or more coats) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturing specifications including appropriate primary coat preperation of surface on concrete work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including priming coat with cement primer. (Two or more Coats)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing of P.V.C work using unbreakable sheets of approved quality of P.V.C complete job

Celling

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, Placing in position and binding thermo-mechanically treated bond all complete.

Providing wood work in fames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other fames, wrought framed and fixed in positoion with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteeners shall be paid for saparately) sal wood

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4 mm thick) float glass panes including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35 MM second class deodar wood
