Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Concrete Works

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Add for plaster drip course / groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction / expansion, construction & longitudinal joints ( 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars to be paid separately). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @340 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer

Base and Foot path

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-V - For sub base cum drainage layer - Mix in Place Method

Construction of footpath/ separator by providing a 150 mm compacted Granular sub base material as per clause 401 and 25 mm thick cement concrete grade M15, over laid with precast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel.

Other works

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer. G.I. pipes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips ( retro - reflective ) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - incharge and accordance with applicable specifications .

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing in position pre- moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Supply, spreading and proper fixing of low density polyethylene (LDPE) sheet having minimum 500 micron thickness and greater tear strength over compacted and leveled base course by lapping 200 mm on all joints including all required as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads,landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete
