Schedule 'A' Part -I : B/R WORKS

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring,plinth protection etc & finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, rough finish surfaces for receving top layer.

M & L for coloured Non- skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm ,including 15 mm thick screed bed 1:4 as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cment to match joint free tiles.

All as per item No 4 above but in skirting, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises

M & L for coloured Non- skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ,including 15 mm thick screed bed 1:4 as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cment to match joint free tiles.

M/L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles Designer/ Concept pattern 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 300x450x7mm thick in dado and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed , including cement motor 1:3 as in backing coat for dado/ tiles .

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) rubbing and polishing complete.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick in skirtings laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete screed bed 10 mm thick in CM (1:3).

S & F in repairs 15mm bore chromium plated bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Brass Chromium Plated Shower Rose of size 125mm with or with out swivel joints fixing to steel pipes / union for 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length of 450 mm long with brass nut connections at the ends fixed to flushing cistern/ sanitary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs , "Orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white to match with the existing surface with P & S trap front of back with integral foot rests including setting the trap and pan in lime concrete 1:2:4 ,minimum 150mm thick all round and finished just below the level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 10 Liters capacity, PVC Valve less, Syphonic action type, low level flushing cistern, white, with inlet ball valve, float, handle, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC, 32mm dia including brackets and connections to pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over priming coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal existing treatment and their roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking,sweeping clean and washing sown with water to remove dust etc

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per square metre .

Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as directed and finished even and smooth to receive water proof treatment complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paints having VOC less than 50 gm / ltrs and UV resistance asper IS-15489 -2004 , Alkali and fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 / 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltrs / 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F cement concrete roof tiles 300x300x10mm thick machine pressed jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with white cement and no pigments incl screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets &Chajjas etc.And trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Guniting / Plastering, preparing surfaces and applying a Coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to all steel surfaces as antirust agent and welding steel wire Fabric / Mesh of size 75X25mm of weight not less then 3.0KG per Sq.m to existing reinforcement, applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/s.Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Or M/s. STP Ltd. Or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. As per manufacturer’s instructions and providing pressure Guniting Averaging 25mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 duly modifying the mortar with And including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Or M/s. STP Ltd. Or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 5% of weight of cement for sides and soffits of Slabs, Beams,Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias&Chajjas etc., finishing surface rough and finally rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics Including providing double affolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and Disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pressure grouting with cement slurry adding admixture CONBEX 100 (FOSROC) at a dosage of 225gms for 50Kg of cement including drilling holes, to a depth of 60mm and 3 Nos of holes in 1M x 1M grit pattern all as specified and directed.as in water tanks,lift wells and any other places where ever required .

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 sqm each and removing from site.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work

Providing and fixing factory made Fiberglass Reinforced plastics (F.R.P) chajja 4 mm thick of required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulidng (RTM) Machine Techology, resulting in void free compact laminate in sible place, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 1 nos horizontally 50x2 mm thick M.S flat with 12 mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with 50 mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings,. The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyester resin as per IS:6746, duly reinforced with fibre glass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11511 complete with protective Gel Coat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight (Only plan area of chajjas shall be measured for making payment)

S&F stainless steel work , Grade AISI-304-2000-2375-40S as hand rails, balusters, rallings complete fabrication, erection, design and pattern all as approved up to 4th floor including dismantling of old hand rails, balusters and complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part -II : E/M WORKS

M&L point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated FRLS and unsheathed copper cable 1100V grade multistranded drawn in concealed PVC conduit not less than 25 mm and incl provn of PVC insulated, 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including modular terminal boxes and white cover plate with frame for fixing modular switches, sockets regulator etc for one light /bell/ Fan point controlled by one switch including taking down old point wiring any type all as specified. Note:- 1) The quoted is exclusive of Modular white cover plate with frame and modular metal flush box and is taken in respective item. 2) The PVC Conduit to be concealed in wall through cutting, chasing, pinning in and making good the disturbed surfaces, unit rates are deemed to be included for the same.

All same as per item No.82 above but with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable for 5 Amps socket on independent board. Note: 2.5 sq mm ciruit wiring from DB to socket should be provided , further it may be connected to max 4 No socket in one ciruit through 1.5 sqmm wiring .

All as per item No 82 here in before but one light point controlled by two 02 way switches.

Description all as per item No.82 above but for 15/16Amp switch socket out let, independent with 4.0sqmm copper cable of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and 4.0 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified

S & F LED tube light fittings, retro bar professional WH 5700K to 6200K and minimum 1800 lumens (18 Watt) of cool white comprising of batten with all accessories internally prewired and connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LED light fittings, 2 feet long of minimum 900 lumens(9 Watt) of cool white wall mounted batten with all accessories internally prewired and connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan of any size, sweep and make from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including replacement of fan clamp , split pin, rubber bush, fan capacitor of 2.5mfd, bearings and Rewinding of ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gaugeand other spares including painting with synthetic enamel paint over a paint of primer refixing the same after repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: New split pins, new screw and new nuts and bolts, bushes and spring washer, capacitor, bearings, paint and copper wire etc are included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for VTPN DB 4 way (Fixed flush to the wall), with provision of MCCB 4P and including MCCB 63 Amps,16 KA, 415 volt as incomer, IP-43 protection with 100 Amp rated bus bar and 6.0 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s , complete all as specified. (Note :- The rate of MCCB is included in the quoted rate.)

Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls and making good the disturbed surface are included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in repairs Modular sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity.

Supply lay and testing of cable in trenches/walls XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable (heavy duty 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable cales complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m in depth for foundations or for shafts, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exv 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returining, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50m and deposting where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying sub class `B’ burnt bricks old size over the HT/LT cable having compressive strength not less than 50 Kg/Cm2, laid in trenches with width equal to width of the brick laid flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth Pit not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earth lead and GI pipe 40 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, connected to panel/DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC (1:2:4, Type B1) Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS Funnels with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI watering Pipe, Wire Mesh, Earth Work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc., and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and directed.
