Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soil, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan,L section , cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes ,dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt. with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specifications Clause 1601,1602 & 1603,and as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Dismantling of flexible Pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto alead of 100m , stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification clause 202

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Random Rubble stone Masonary in Coolie Walling for Edge /filling protection including supply of all material labour T&P. etc.as per drawing required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical (Using naturally occuring gravelSpecification Clause 408. (Using naturally occuring gravel, Local GSB)

WBM Grading 2-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Primer coat:- Providing and applying primer coat Low porosity with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (rapid Setting RS-1Grade complying with IS: 8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick open graded premix carpet using bitumen emulsion as technical specification clause 508.2

Seal coat:- Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous (S-90) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type A as per Technical specification Clause 508.

Protection Work

Excavation for Structures: - Earth work in Excavation foundation for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in accordance with the MORD specification.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:5 cement and sand mortar for sub structure completed as per drawing and technical specification, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.

Random Rubble stone masonry for structure laid dry, in breast wall, retaining wall etc including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & as per MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia G.I. Wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification of MORD and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of parapet as per Standared Drawing Attached Including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Completed {2.00x0.45x0.60}

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification clause 613.4 & 1204

White Washing of Parapet walls of CD work and tress trunks. White Washingtwo coats on parapet wallls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc as per technical specifications clause 1915

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing edge stones on valley side of formation as per drawing and technical specification clause 1608.2.6

Providing Weepholes in brick Masonary / Stone Masonary, Plain / reinforced concrete abutment wing wall , return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifiaction clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Side Drain

Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross section area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions . Excavated Materials to be used in embankments with a lift upto 3m and lead 50m (average lead 25m) as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 307

Construction of hill side drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimensions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1606.1

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2

Direction and place indentification signs up to 0.9 sqm size board Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm belowground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
