Supplying and installing of 1.2mm thick pre-applied HDPE membrane granulated having puncture resistance of 800N as per ASTM E 154), tensile strength of 21 Mpa, and hydrostatic head resistance not less than 70m water head as per ASTM D 5385 & elongation of 500% as per ASTM D 412, peel adhesion to concrete of 1200 N/m as per ASTM D 903, Lap peel adhesion > 450N/m as per ASTM D1876. The pre-applied, fully bonded HDPE sheet membrane shall be loosely laid on PCC and gets bonded to the underneath of the poured concrete of base/ raft slab and confined retaining wall. The fully bonded HDPE sheet membrane shall consist of a high performance PE film, self adhesive polymer layer and unique particulate layer with pressure sensitive adhesive, which bonds fully to the poured concrete of base slab/confined retaining wall. The membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side laps and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhehive tape.,etc complete as per manufactures specification and instructions complete all as specified and directed. M & L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) of M30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations ,including rafts ,footings ,foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete using OPC 43 grade cement Complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) of M30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses using OPC 43 grade cement Complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and mixing integral Crystalline Admixture to be added with the RCC work with a ratio of 0.80 % (minimum) to the weight of the cement content per cubic meter of concrete or higher as recommended by the manufacturer's specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirement as specified in ACI-212-3R-20101 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure.The crystalline admixture shall be capable of shelf-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm.The work shall be carried out all complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The product performance shall carry gurantee for 10 year against any leakage. M & L Injection Grouting at Construction Joints by crystalline mortar mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 ( 4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water). For sealing cracks and faylty construction joints, by preparing the surface, making U-shape groove size of 25 X 25 mm and then priming the surface with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter and while the surface is tacky then filling the groove upto top edge with crystalline mortar @ 1.5 kg per running meter.Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applying two coats of crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter per coat on treated surface complete all as specified and directed. Filling of the cracks with Hybrid PU sealant complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Asian paint/ Fosroc/Pidilte/equivalent.

Providing and applying integral crysalline slurry on vertical surface with two coats @ 0.70 Kg per sqm per coat of hydrophillic in nature for waterproffing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement,water tank,roof slabs, podium,reservior,sewage & water treatment plant,tunnels/subway and bridge deck etc, prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5:2 ( 5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water ) for vertical surface and 3 :1 ( 3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 parts water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative( Internal) side with the help of synthetic fibre brush. The material shall meet the requirement as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90 % compared with control concrete as DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side.The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Enginner-in-charge.The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 Year against any Leakage.Make:- Asian paint/ Fosroc/Pidilte/equivalent.

M & L for rendering 15 to 20 mm with polymer modified motar in CM 1:4 & 3.5 ltr polymer to be added with 50 kg bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item no-07 to 12:-The contractor will submit MOU before commencement of work with the manufacturers of water proofing chemicals in support of performance gaurantee of the product and the work shall be got executed under the supervision of technical team of manufacturer's.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of rubbish outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, and including removal of rubish exc 50m but nexc 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone work or other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of point and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.20% (Max Deviation). Breaking strength 1200 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. including and over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying of floor finishes in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing old tile complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE(I). Make:- Johnson/Kajaria/Nitco.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.
