Supply and fixing in repair double side retro reflective sign board of size (4’x3’) fixed on stainless steel board. The board shall be made of two aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 4 mm thick fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular section of 40 mm nominal dia including 3M (3630/3650 series) vinyl of background with high intensity promatic (HIP) reflective sheet, self adhesive graphic with 3M scotchal and mounting with 3M approved tensing system etc as directed by Engr-in-charge. The board shall be sheated with reflective tape of blue colour, letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape, size and font as directed by Engr-in-charge.The sign board supported on 02 Nos post of 60.3 mm outer dia stainless steel pipe 304 series 3.2m long with round moulded design on top welded with 04 Nos of 70 mm long SS 304 series hollow section of 40 mm nominal dia. The supporting pipe fixed on ground with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 0.45m (W) x0.45m (L) x 0.6m depth including necessary excavation and PCC as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Grade of SS pipe shall be grade 304 Jindal and minm wall thickness shall be 2.11 mm for 20mm outer dia and 2.77 mm for above 20 mm outer dia pipe.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.
