I : Conveying and laying of Risig Main of Dia 800 mm DI Pipe from CH 3.00 to 11.00 Km from Kushawati to Davorlim Pumping Station Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, morrum of all varieties, Shingles, pebbles and all types of conglomerates laterite rock, soft rock ordinary rock, disintegrated rock fissured rock, weathered rock shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping and bailing out water including setting out construction of shoring and bracing in removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and disposing off the remaining excavated soil/ rock as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all leads and all lifts etc. complete

Providing and laying 100mm thick reinforced cement concrete canal lining with M20 design mix RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) of cement content not less than 400Kg/m3 laid with sensor controlled automated canal paving cylinder type machine to the required grade, level and alignment. The RMC to be manufactured with Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from the transit mixer to the site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and HYSD/TMT steel reinforcement of 8 mm tor dia @180 mm c/c in both directions as per drawing enclosed confirming to IS 1786 of 1986, cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including adequate curing filling of joints with bituminous sealing compound in construction and expansion joints/groove as per IS code 3873-1978 with all lead and lift, all included as per the detailed specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete.
Providing and laying laterite boulder masonry 22.50 cm thick of approved quality in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement:5 sand) in canal section including supply of boulder, excavation and preparing surface etc. complete as per detailed specification , drawing with all lead and lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & grouting by Poly Ceramic Cementitious material which consists of NicGrout G 06 + 53 grade cement or equivalent as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete / Masonry structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes, grouting m/c, mixer etc. and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, material, machinery, labour, etc. Complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & Applying impermeable, high compressive strength, monolithic application, excellent bond strength, high abrasion resistance, UV resistance, non-toxic polymer based cementitious mortar named as Poly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC) ,which consists of Nicomix 100 + 53 Grade Cement + Water for resurfacing of concrete surfaces to a thickness upto 10 mm or as per surface conditions and also treatment of honey combing areas etc. Cleaning will be done by removing all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means. After that, clean the concrete surface with special chemical named as Steripure 100 for removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower. Apply bond coat a Water Miscible epoxy named as Kelox R101 + Kelox H 404 or its equivalent (using manual/mechanical means) before PICC application, it ensure strong adhesion with old surface to new PICC mortar. Application providing with Top coat of NicCoat PC + Kelmer A 80 or its equivalent after finishing PICC,Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,insurance charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing & Applying internal expansion joints filling by polysulphide base material, preformed polyurethane, elastomer , bond breaker and fixing metal plate of aqueduct ,Cleaning will be done by removing all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means. After that, clean the concrete joint with special chemical named as Steripure 100 for removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower of required depth, After cleaning resize the joint using PICC mortar, Apply bond coat a Water Miscible epoxy named as Kelox R101 + Kelox H 404 or its equivalent (using manual/mechanical means) before PICC and Pu foam application, it ensure strong adhesion with old surface to new surface . complete with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,,insurance charges as directed by the Engineer in charge in expansion joints.
