Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials n. exc. 50 mm and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting GI/CI pipes of 200 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying,in position for insertion of new tee, branches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting GI/CI pipes of 150 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying,in position for insertion of new tee, branches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting CI/DI pipes of 100 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying,in position for insertion of new tee, branches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out 150 mm bore GI/CI Water main from trenches and staking at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out 100 mm bore GI/CI Water main from trenches and staking at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out 80 mm GI Water main from trenches/wall/ceilings/floor and staking at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of 150mm dia socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for Push - on- joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of size 15 mm bore after proper cleaning, screwing, threading for connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) with new clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubes medium grade galvanised 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings and laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubes medium grade galvanised 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings and laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 0.9 m x 0.9 m x 0.9 m (internal diamension) one brick thick wall including MS sheet cover made of MS sheet 3 mm thick and 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame and locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
