M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick complete all as specified and directed

Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on any surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by scrapping down, filling with putty (JK wall putty/Birla white) all holes and cracks,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
