Excavation in Hilly Areas in Ordinary Rock by mechanical means not requiring blasting (With out Dozer) Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means without using Dozer including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m at safe place including all labours T&P etc required for proper completion of work and as per direction of the engineer in-charge and as per Clause 1603.2.
Providing and laying of High strength steel wire mesh Rhomboidal/Any shaped cable panel/Net wire rope diameter 3mm, Mesh opening 83mmX143mm, the minimum required Tensile strength of Rhomboidal Cable Panel/Net shall be equal to or more than 100KN/m,Coating of Zn+Al, minimum coating shall be atleast 150gm/M2 & Boundry wire diameter shall be minimum 9mm. Each Rhomboidal cable Panel / Net shall be made of one steel Cable including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, turn buckles, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per drawing & detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-in –charge.
Drilling 51mm DIA HOLE for ANCHOR IN ROCK including the cost Cement Grouting with Admixturs also including supply of all materiak, labours T&P etc required for proper completion of work and as directed by the engineer in-charge.
Supply and installation of self drilling hollow soil/rock anchor of outer dia of 32mm having ultimate tensile strength 280 kN and Yield Strength of 230 KN in soil/overburden /rock suitable for drilling placing and grouting. Installation with sacrificial drill bit. Including cost of anchor and sacrificial drill bit, cuppler, nut etc. Drilling and its installtion but excluding the cost of grouting. The Exposed part of the anchores, bearing plates and nuts shall be hot dip Zink coated of 80 microns also including including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per drawing & detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-in –charge.
Supply and Installation of Anchor Plate (hot dip Zinc coated of 80 microns) of size 200mmx200mm having thickness of 10mm also including supply of all material, labours T&P etc required for proper completion of work and as directed by the engineer in-charge.

Providing plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (Nominal mix 1:2.5:5) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 to 1204 also including supply of all material, labours T&P etc required for proper completion of work, as directed by engineer in-charge and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.
Providing and laying 100 mm PVC pipe as cross drain @ 10.0 m c/c in vertical direction complete as per drawing ,specification including supply of all material, labour ,T&P etc required for completion of work and as directed by the engineer.
Retaining Wall
Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction.
Plain cement concrete (PCC) Grade M15 in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications also including supply of all materials labours,T&P etc required for completion of work as directed by engineer in-charge and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.
Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M 35 in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Height upto 5m, also including supply of all materials labours,T&P etc required for completion of work as directed by engineer in-charge and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications also including supply of all materials labours,T&P etc required for completion of work and as per direction of engineer in-charge.
Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the ull width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabion boxes of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm (ID/OD) for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm (ID/OD) and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD) including supply of all material, labours T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Technical specification and as directed by the engineer in-charge confirming IS 16014:2012 and MORTH Clause 2500. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions of least diameter 200mm). (For Muck Retaining Structure)

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. Using naturally occuring gravel and as directed by engineer in-charge.

Cement Concrete (PCC M-30) Pavement:- Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.
Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 ( if Concrete Required for Vertical post Fixing will be paid extra) and as directed by engineer in-charge.

(Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign asper IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing) also including supply of all materials labours,T&P etc required for completion of work as per direction of engineer in-charge.
