Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size in accrodance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire tapes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F synthetic line separators of LT OH lines with nut,bolts & washers straight type, horizontal configuration fixed at a point as directed and suitable for single phase 2 wire LT lines complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 11 above above but suitable for 4 wire.

M&L for pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type porecelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size, insulator bolt 12 mm dia,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod of not less than 20 mm, 215cm long with threaded end with suitable size of nuts & washers complete with accessories including staybows with nut bolt & washer of 14mm dia, 40cm long and stay grips & thimble of suitable size as shown in electrical plate No. 1 SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Rate are deemed to be inclusive of streching, tieing and tightening of stay assembly for poles including tieing frame for stay wire. (ii) Exacavation, returning filling, removal for stay wire assembly upto 2.5 mtrs including Ropes are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) ladders of any size,T&P (any type), Labour Safety equipments as required at site for working on PCC pole of 9Mtrs height is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) Stay clamp/stay wire will be measured & paid saperately.

M&L Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of Large size, with overall dimensions 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, including nut bolts & washers of suitable length and thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing galvanised stay wire 7/4mm for stay assembly to be fixed between stay assembly and stay clamp on PCC/MS steel pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for transportation of Dismantled steel Poles from poari to karcham or vice-versa for fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Erecting Tubular swaged pole , 9m long, type 410 SP55 with bottom , out side dia and thick ness of section with 165.1 X 4.5mm including M&L for excavation/earth work in hard / dense soil , getting out, pole foundation with PCC type C2 1:3:6 (with 40 mm graded stone aggregate), coping of pole with PCC type C2, 1:3:6 ( with 20 mm graded stone agregate) and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: Necessary T&P and crane required for the work are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia/8mm dia. for guard wire, continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Restringing only ACSR conductor of any type/ size/ 5 Nos strings on existing LT poles, etc including binding on to insulators with and including aluminium wire complete all as specified and directed . Note: ACSR conductor of length upto 45m shall be considered as each span.

M&L for Cleaning and preparation of surface of MS Tubular pole 9.00 Mtr long and applying, two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS tubular pole including ZEBRA painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints of MS Tubular poles upto 1.5 mtr height from pedestal and in 25 CM height complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and laying in replacement HDPE pipe PN 10 , 50 mm dia in trenches/wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No: 23 herein before but for 75 mm dia.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened, unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate for poles / stays foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggegate for pole coping & road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in, incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc .25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed .

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 16 sq mm 4 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe/road including cutting of road any type as per site requirement and taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamalled white, with letters, figures and colour and fixed with M.S.clamps,bolts and nuts of approoved size, for LT, 20x15 cm size,complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement post top lantern, LED type, 40 watt ,230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp suitable to fix on 40mm dia garden post top including nut, bolt, washer and wiring from junction box to globe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Twin core copper wire of 1.5 Sqmm upto 7 Rm required for connection of street light fitting is deemed to be included in quoted rates

M&L for taking proper shut down and servicing the LT panel board of any type ( indoor/Out door), any make complete with removal of dust, reconnection of all incoming and outgoing cable with proper gland, replacemnet of all nut, bolds and washers, repalcement of control wiring including insulation tapping with colour coding, replacement of burned aluminium bus bars,fixing of LT panel front and back door covers on hinges complete with cutting ,welding ,grinding etc and providing porper locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Cost for replacement of minor spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The rates shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket to all doors including raising of foundation to 300cm height etc. (c) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work. (d) Cost of replacement of defective Thimble, CT's, Ammeter, Voltmer and indication lamps are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for complete removal of existing finish and painting of LT panel of any type or size with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer with brush of suitable size including preparation after taking shut down of that panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair kiosk pole box made out of Engineering plastic comprising 60Amps, 4 pole strips, mounted on DMC insulator one in No. MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA, Size 310 x 210 x 120mm and fixed with MS flat iron clamps to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of wall mounted Bus bar chamber 100A, 4 way with suitable thickness of Aluminium bus bars, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havell's Cat No: IHBC010004 or equivalent make of Appex 'B' as approved. Note: Fastners (not less than 6 inchs - 4 nos), nut bolt & washer deemed to be included in quoted rates for fixing timer wall/pole.

M&L for LT Panel board including all connection and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel, outdoor type, double door, IP 65 Protection, CPRI Approved, base frame mounted, dust proof and vermin proof with bus bar of 350 Amps current capacity to accommodate 3 phase, 415Volt with suitable aluminium busbar designed as per relevant IS, connected to bus bar by aluminium strip of suitable Size, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer chamber and 2 mm thick for partition and doors and painting with seven tank process with twin shutter closing, locking arrangements (Including provn of 65 mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys) and with 2 nos earthing sprout connectors complete including provision and fixing of following accessories/equipment including taking out the unserviceable/ old panel complete all as specified and as directed. :- (i) MCCB 200A, 36 KA, 4Pole -1 Nos (Incomer), (ii) Digital VAF Meter, LED Indication Lamps, CT's etc (iii) Outgoing MCCB 100A, 30KA, 3 Pole-1 Nos, (iv) Outgoing MCCB 63 A, 16 KA, 3 pole - 3 nos, (v) Complete control wiring for the above accessories. Note : (i) Panel design to be approved by Engineer - in - Charge before fabrication. (ii) PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40 CM above ground level including necessary formwork of suitable size shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this provision.

M&L for LT Feeder Pillar including all connection and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder pillar outdoor type, confirming to IP-65, CPRI Approved , base frame mounted dust/vermin proof with bus bar chamber to accommodate 3 phase, 415Volt with suitable aluminium busbar suitable for 250 Amps designed as per relevant IS, connected to busbar by aluminium strip of suitable Size, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer chamber and 2.0 mm thick for partition and doors and painting with seven tank process with twin shutter closing & locking arrangements (Including provn of 65 mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys) complete including including provision and fixing of following accessories/equipment including taking out the unserviceable/ old panel complete all as specified and as directed. :- (i) MCCB 160A 3Pole -1 Nos (Incomer), (ii) Ammeter, Voltmer, Indication Lamps . (iii) Outgoing bus bar of suitable rating of 250 Amps of sufficient length for fixing 2 set of 3.5 core XLPE outgoing cable of upto 70 Sqmm size with mean of nut bolt & washers, arranged in vertical direction mounted on suitable rating insulators in acending order, complete with control wiring for the above accessories. Note : (i) Panel design to be approved by Engineer - in - Charge before fabrication. (ii) PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40 CM above ground level including necessary formwork of suitable size shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this provision.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in to the ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No -3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit funnel, 20 mm diia medium grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc including mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of ACSR conductor with LT single core PVC insulated ,1100 volts, solid aluminium conductor wires, as per IS 694 of size 10 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Accessories like dead end plate, suspension clamp, connection thimbles etc.as required at site and T&P & labour to hang cable from pole to pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe, light grade, galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection of 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 59 above here in before but of size 80mm dia

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 70 sq mm incl nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 150 sq mm incl nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 240 sq mm incl nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box out door type, mounted on ground, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 415 Volts AC supply system base bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium busbar 400 amps ,60 CM long (4 Nos each) , rating installed on porcelain insulator. The feeder pillaar box shall be dust and vermin proof IP65 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet mounted on 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame works including four legs embedded in the PCC bed , powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer front opening type with approns and locking arrangement (Including provn of 65 mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys suitable for tapping holes with nut and bolts in the Aluminium bus bars, cable entry and exit holes with glands complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Panel design to be approved by Engineer - in - Charge before fabrication. (ii) PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40 CM above ground level including necessary formwork of suitable size shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this provision.

Supply, fix and testing of Indicating LED lamp, R,Y,B set of three with and including connecting PVC copper cables complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement MCCB 400 Amps, 4 Pole with breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 Volt grading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement street light bracket of 1.5mtr long, made out of 40mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe, bend to shape at 120 degree & welded at required end including 02 Nos MS clamps of Flat iron 40x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to stand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed .
