Material and labour for exterior or interior applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered/un plasster surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

Taking down cement plaster or other existing treatment from sunken floors, cleaning the surface with wire brushes, brooms etc and finally washing down the area to be treated. M & L for treating the sunken floors and adjoining vertical surfaces as under: (a) Plastering 15 mm in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid type water proofing compound to sunken floors and adjoining vertical surfaces. Surface shall be cured & allowed to dry. (b) Applying Ist layer of cement slurry by brush@ 0.488 Kg per Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementeous compound of Adhesive@ 0.253 Kg per Sqm complete as per manufacture instructions. (c) Applying 2nd layer of cement slurry by brush@ 0.488 Kg per Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementeous compound of Adhesive @ 0.253 Kd per Sqm complete as per manufacture instructions. (c) Testing the sunken floor for water tightness by ponding water for 72 Hours.
