M&L for Complete removing of existing treatment from wall / ceilling by using mechanical sander/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of surface of wall / ceilling and applying 1.5mm thick damp proof wall care putty including sanding/grinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old/new plastered surfaces of walls / ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls/ceiling using mechanical sander/grinder complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) After completion of distempering, contractor have to carry out following work whose rates to be included while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be done on this account and damage if any to be borne by the contractor :- (b) cleaning of floor with floor cleaner and stain should be removed from wall/door/window. (c) cleaning of fan after removing and refixing the same. (c) cleaning of curtain rod. (d) shifting of furniture (as directed by Engr-in-charge).

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
